About Universal Characteristic Method of Human Profiling
Universal Characteristic Method of Human Profiling (UCMHP)
UCMHP Academy Pte. Ltd. teaches its students to find clarity in their lives by understanding their innate character strengths and weaknesses.
Set up in 2008, it has since supported close to 1,000 individuals from all walks of life in finding alignment and success in their relationships, education, careers and businesses. UCMHP, short for Universal Character Method Human Profiling, uses a robust framework produced out of statistical analyses of 400,000 individuals over 13 years.
The profiling methodology was developed by Dr Bernard Yeo, Hon PhD, chief researcher and principal consultant of UCMHP. He was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Human Capital Development and Human Profiling for his outstanding research. Today, his profiling methodology has been effectively applied in areas of mediation, entrepreneurship and HR recruitment.
The 9 Universal Character Archetypes is an evidence-based framework that can clearly identify unique character strengths and weaknesses in any individual, regardless of age, gender, culture, or nationality. Moreover, it maps the predictable success and pitfalls in many areas of one’s life with high statistical accuracy.
The framework also acknowledges that no two persons are alike, not even twins. Your Archetype provides an instant life roadmap complete with signposts that you can use to navigate in the right direction in your life journey.

Master Cyruz Cho
Character profiler Master Analyst Cyruz Cho works with people to discover their distinct personalities, improve self-awareness, and realise their full potential. He has been practicing this method for over 15 years. He personally finds this method to be immediate and highly accurate in human profiling. He will share insights of your birthdate and how you can make an informed, predictable decision to better shape your 2023, using an evidence-based approach.
Dexter Koh, MBA, CFP®
Dexter is an Executive Financial Services Manager, and he currently heads the Alpha Private Wealth Advisory (APWA) Unit in Alpha Wealth Group (AWG), an alliance representing PIAS Pte. Ltd. APWA is an awarding winning top unit in AWG and has produced 4 MDRTs in 2022 alone.
He has a Master of Business Administration (Dean’s List) from SMU and is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) program. He also has a Specialist Postgraduate Diploma from NIE in Learning and Instruction. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and is also a certified Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner (SAMPTM).
